Reactivation Services

After signing up for Driverly, members are given access to our reactivation services. We provide members with a list of questions to answer so the Driverly team can gather and organize this information. We determine what the best possible route to reactivation is. From there, we create a letter to send to the gig app, facilitate or sometimes handle all of the communication with the company. Typically, we will construct a professional letter and send it to the gig app to appeal your deactivation. Because we have been doing this for a long time, we know the best routes to go to get a response and often times have the gig app reactivate the driver's account. We handle all of this for you so you don't have to spend your valuable time worrying and trying to figure out ways to get your account reactivated. 

Please keep in mind that this service is a part of the Driverly membership and may take as little as a week, up to several weeks to complete. This service is also not guaranteed, but has helped several drivers in the past. There are some instances where the driver's account cannot be reactivated due to severe violation of terms, lack of proof to help case, and so on. We always try our best to get drivers reactivated, however, there are some factors out of our control that prohibit this.
